The American Farmland Trust’s Assess Your Financial Situation and Build Your Team Teaching Plan serves as a guide for a trainer or educator using Module 2 of the Land Transfer Training curriculum which enables participants to assess their current financial position, their future needs, and the needs of other parties involved in their farm/ranch transfer. The teaching plan outlines steps to prepare, as well as which activities and resources to use for this part of the curriculum. There is a companion Student Learning Plan to be shared with students, however, those interested in leading a training should contact AFT.
