Pursuant to the rules of the New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment, applicants proposing to submit an application to construct a major electric generating facility under Article 10 of New York’s Public Service Law must file a Public Scoping Statement with the Department of Public Service prior to filing an application.

This document is an appendix to the Public Scoping Statement for a proposed solar energy facility submitted by Horseshoe Solar Energy LLC. This appendix is the Preliminary Agricultural Integration Plan for the proposed project.
