An Act amending Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes establishing the Pennsylvania Socially Diverse Farmers Commission and providing for its powers and duties.

This bill would establish the Pennsylvania Socially Diverse Farmers Commission to review current policies and produce a report making recommendations to promote and implement a DEIJ plan within the Department of Agriculture.
