An act to amend Title 3 of the Delaware Code relating to related uses of farm structures in an agricultural preservation district

This bill will allow existing farm structures on land enrolled in agricultural districts to be converted and used for public gatherings. Agricultural district enrollment protects the enrolled land for a specific term and enables landowners to sell a permanent easement through the state PACE program.
