AN ACT relating to agricultural land and making an appropriation therefor.

This bill would require a property owner to pay a $100 per acre conversion charge on agricultural or horticultural land currently receiving an agricultural property valuation that is converted to any other use and require the charge to be deposited into the agricultural enhancement fund.
