King County, WA: Agricultural Zoning

King County, Washington has established areas for agricultural use for the purpose of protecting prime farmland and limiting residential density to retain lots that are sized for efficient farming.

The zoning code also includes an overlay zone to provide for agricultural production buffers between agricultural and upslope residential land uses.
