An Act To Authorize a General Fund Bond Issue To Promote Land Conservation Working Waterfronts Water Access and Outdoor Recreation

This bill would issue a bond of $60 million for the acquisition of land and land interests for conservation, including working farmland preservation. Acquisitions would require a match, 30% of which could be in-kind. Projects that address climate change, resiliency and mitigation strategies are given special consideration.
