Massachusetts Statute Authorizing Leasing of State-Owned Agricultural Land

This statute allows individuals to apply to the bureau of land use for permits to use available state-owned, vacant public land for “garden, arbor, or farm purposes.”  The statute provides key definitions and details the process for securing permits.
