An act to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to establishing the office of urban agriculture

This bill would rename the Office of Community Gardens the Office of Urban Agriculture and would task this office with a number of initiatives, including working with municipalities and land banks to inventory and create a list of vacant public land that could be used for urban agriculture. The office would also create an interactive website that provides information and resources with regard to urban farming and available public land.
