The Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) is a partner-driven approach to conservation that funds solutions to natural resource challenges on agricultural land. It is administered by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS).
RCPP projects can include a range of conservation activities implemented by farmers, ranchers and forest landowners, including land management and restoration, land rental, agricultural conservation easements, and public works/watersheds. One RCPP project application can use any combination of these activity types.
Below is the statutory text that authorizes RCPP.
