An act relating to agricultural water quality, enforcement, and dairy farming

This bill would expand the definition of agricultural waste to include materials that are brought onto the farm. Additionally, if a waste storage facility poses risks to health or environment, the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets (AAFM) can require changes to the facility. If a facility may be polluting groundwater, the AAFM should monitor it and report to the DOH if it is a threat.
