Municipal Regulations Affect Solar Development Opportunities: Is Your Town Planning for Agriculture? – Video 3: Jeff Kehoe of NYS Ag and Markets covers NYS Farmland Protection Program and how NYS Ag and Markets works with farmers and municipalities in protecting agriculture in NYS. He also covers some of the resources and programs that are available to municipalities where solar developments are being considered.


Notice of Intent Process – Video 4: Andrew Steiner of NYS Ag and Markets covers the Notice of Intent Process that is required when planning to convert agricultural land to a solar development in New York State.
