In June 2021, the Land Trust Alliance hosted a webinar with presentations by staff from USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service about how Buy-Protect-Sell (BPS) will be implemented through ACEP-ALE in light of the newly released final rule and agency guidance. The presentation was followed by a question and answer session with NRCS staff from the Easement Program Division.
