The Center for Farm Transitions' mission is to provide information, referrals and consultations to Pennsylvania's farmers, developing comprehensive plans that will secure and maintain farming's important role in the Commonwealth's economy.  The Center works with beginning farmers seeking their own agricultural operations and next generation farmers who will own and manage their family farms.
