This form is used by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program – Wetland Reserve Easement component (ACEP-WRE). It is used by the agency to authorize uses or management activities consistent with the long-term protection and enhancement of the protected wetland at the agency’s discretion. These authorizations include the amount, methods, timing, intensity, and duration of approved compatible uses.
