This form is used by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program – Wetland Reserve Easement component (ACEP-WRE). It is used by the agency to secure funds to implement practices when restoring wetlands after the conservation easement has closed.
