This model zoning and accompanying guidance were prepared by the Massachusetts Dept. of Energy Resources to assist Massachusetts cities and towns in establishing reasonable standards to facilitate development of solar energy systems. These systems include small-, medium- and large-scale as well as both ground-mounted and roof-mounted installations.
