Subsidiary Prints are generated by USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) to document eligibility criteria for various USDA programs, including ACEP-ALE and ACEP-WRE. The landowner eligibility criteria found on Subsidiary Prints required for participating in ACEP are highly-erodible land and wetlands compliance (AD-1026) and adjusted gross income (AGI) limits.
Each landowner must independently certify their eligibility for ACEP, and each will have their own Subsidiary Print created. This includes entity landowners (corporations, LLCs, trusts, etc.) and each member of an entity landowner. This is an annotated example of a Subsidiary Print produced for an entity landowner. The example contains additional explanations about each eligibility component as it relates to ACEP.
