Subsidiary Prints are generated by USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) to document eligibility criteria for various USDA programs, including ACEP-ALE. The landowner eligibility criteria found on Subsidiary Prints required for participating in ACEP-ALE are highly-erodible land and wetlands compliance (AD-1026) and adjusted gross income (AGI) limits.
Each landowner must independently certify their eligibility for ACEP-ALE, and each will have their own Subsidiary Print created. This is an annotated example of an individual landowner’s Subsidiary Print indicating the areas that are relevant for ACEP-ALE eligibility.
