AN ACT to amend the environmental conservation law, in relation to including efforts to combat the biodiversity and climate crises in the state’s land acquisition policy

This bill would require the state land acquisition plan to incorporate the state’s goal to conserve at least 30% of state land by 2030 to combat climate change and increase biodiversity.
