American Farmland Trust’s Prepare to Tell Your Story Resources lists organizations and tools to use during or after the activities of Module 4 of the Land Transfer Training curriculum which empowers participants to create and share their stories as a way to build support for their farm or ranch business.

This resource was developed as part of AFT’s Transitioning Land to a New Generation project and was supported by an Educational Enhancement grant from the USDA Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program.
