American Farmland Trust’s Prepare for Negotiation Resources lists organizations and tools to use during or after the activities of Module 5 of the Land Transfer Training curriculum which enables participants to build the knowledge and skills to support a win-win transfer negotiation.

This resource was developed as part of AFT’s Transitioning Land to a New Generation project and was supported by an Educational Enhancement grant from the USDA Beginning Farmer and Rancher Development Program.
