Mid-Atlantic Soil Health Farmer Profiles

American Farmland Trust’s Mid-Atlantic regional team developed these Soil Health Farmer Profiles to feature famers who incorporate soil health practices onto their farm. American Farmland Trust (AFT) strives to support farmers in their soil health endeavors through facilitating peer-to-peer learning, connecting farmers with technical and financial assistance, and working with partners and service providers such as the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. Through these profiles, AFT intends to highlight how soil health can be an integral part of successful farming operations, and contribute to improved production, marketing opportunities, and land conservation, among other benefits.
