Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act Regulations
The Agricultural Foreign Investment Disclosure Act of 1978 was passed by Congress to obtain information about overseas investment in U.S. agricultural land.  The regulations promulgated under the law require foreign entities to report interests in U.S. agricultural land to USDA.
