Georgia PACE Enabling Statutes
These statutes authorize the PACE program in Georgia, also known as the "Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Act".

Many states have Purchase of Agricultural Conservation Easement (PACE) programs that provide funding to purchase development rights on private agricultural land to permanently protect it from non-farm development, keeping more land available for agriculture.
