An Act concerning State Planning – Preservation of Agricultural Land – Goal    

This bill declares the state’s goal of preserving 1,030,000 acres of agricultural land by 2030. This extends the deadline from 2022 to 2030 and includes acres preserved through the Maryland Environmental Trust, the Next Generation Farmland Acquisition Program, and local land preservation programs as contributing toward the goal.
