New Jersey Statute Authorizing Leasing of State-Owned Agricultural Land

This statute directs the Department of Agriculture in cooperation with other state agencies to take an inventory of lands owned by the state suitable and available for agricultural use.  The law details standards for leasing these lands to the public and directs the Department of Agriculture to create administering regulations.
