An Act amending Title 3 (Agriculture) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes providing for the establishment of Urban Agricultural Incentive Zones

This bill would authorize local urban agricultural incentive zones to allow communities to enter into contracts with landowners to limit land in a zone to agricultural use in exchange for property tax abatement, preferential utility rates, and/or protection from unreasonable local regulations.
