Tennessee PACE Enabling Statute

This statute, enacted May 2025, authorizes a PACE program in Tennessee.

Many states have Purchase of Agricultural Conservation Easement (PACE) programs that provide funding to purchase development rights on private agricultural land to permanently protect it from non-farm development, keeping more land available for agriculture.
