American Farmland Trust’s Farmland Information Center conducts an annual survey of state Purchase of Agricultural Conservation Easement (PACE) programs to track the activity of state farmland protection programs across the U.S.

The 2022 Status of State PACE Programs table displays the status and summarizes important information about PACE programs in the 30 states that have funded easement acquisitions. Companion slides include additional data graphics and tables.
