ACEP-WRE Contract for 30-Year Land Use

This contract template is used for land enrolled in USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Agricultural Conservation Easement Program, Wetland Reserve Easement (ACEP-WRE).

ACEP-WRE also enrolls eligible land using perpetual and 30-year easements. The option to enroll using a 30-year contract is reserved for Indian Tribes.
