This form is used by USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program – Wetland Reserve Easement component (ACEP-WRE). It is used by the agency when conducting an inspection to confirm that site conditions have not been adversely impacted and comply with ACEP-WRE requirements just after easement closing.
