This form, NRCS-CPA-230, is used by USDA NRCS to identify and confirm sources of the non-Federal share as applicable in participating in the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP-ALE). There are two versions of the form, 230E and 230F. The form you use will depend on whether the project is a general ALE or a ALE-GSS (grassland of special environmental significance).
