Subsidiary Prints are generated by USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) to document eligibility criteria for various USDA programs, including ACEP-ALE and ACEP-WRE. The landowner eligibility criteria found on Subsidiary Prints required for participating in ACEP are highly-erodible land and wetlands compliance (AD-1026) and adjusted gross income (AGI) limits.
Each landowner must independently certify their eligibility for ACEP, and each will have their own Subsidiary Print created. This is an annotated example of an individual landowner’s Subsidiary Print indicating the areas that are relevant for ACEP eligibility.
