Sample Entity Landowner Subsidiary Print

Subsidiary Prints are generated by USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) to document eligibility criteria for various USDA programs, including ACEP-ALE. The landowner eligibility criteria found on Subsidiary Prints required for participating in ACEP-ALE are highly-erodible land and wetlands compliance (AD-1026) and adjusted gross income (AGI) limits.

Each landowner must independently certify their eligibility for ACEP-ALE, and each will have their own Subsidiary Print created. This includes entity landowners (corporations, LLCs, trusts, etc.) and each member of an entity landowner. This is an annotated example of a Subsidiary Print produced for an entity landowner. The example contains additional explanations about each eligibility component as it relates to ACEP-ALE.
