Vermont Land Trust (VLT) manages a buy-protect-sell program, known as the Farmland Access Program, in which they purchase farmland from willing sellers, protect it, and then affordably sell it to qualified farmers. This document is a sample Request for Proposals used by VLT to solicit offers to purchase the protected farmland.
