Agricultural landowners can use this worksheet to list their farm assets and develop a personal financial inventory in order to calculate net worth. Identifying and prioritizing assets helps a landowner who is engaged in a farm or ranch transfer to focus on their goals and prepare for negotiations with the incoming producer(s).
